We spent the month of June in Humboldt County California. The weather along the coast was sunny with perfect temps in the 70s. One day we drove inland to Willow Creek. It's much hotter when you drive inland. We wanted to find a cool mountain stream and ended up at Horse Linto Creek. I plopped my easel right in the creek, took of my shoes and stood in the cool water. It was a perfect painting spot.
